Vacation was good, same place as last year: Miles Bay in Lake of the Woods, Canada. Weather was great, the drive up and back was easy, company was fun, and relaxation was had.

The bald eagle pair on the near island were still screeching away - their young'un looks full-sized to me now. I don't fish (queue groans - I know, best walleye fishing anywhere and I ignored the big buggers) but I did try kayaking for the first time. I definitely see the appeal there. As if I need another hobby...
