The Salty Dogs of ... Mexico?

So let's get this straight: the brain trustees of Northern Mexico have pooled their resources and come up with a grand idea: piracy against ... Texans.

No, seriously.

McALLEN — Heavily armed Mexican freshwater pirates have been shaking down U.S. boaters on Falcon Lake, a reservoir and bass fishing haven that straddles the Rio Grande.

Oh, I predict that this is not going to end well for these little lake "pirates". Giving Texan outdoor sportsmen a legitimate reason to blow your head off? Texans?

I like this part.

In other words, the Texans may be using Mexican pirates for chum bait.

I imagine that we'll start offering charter boats with .50 cals mounted to the decks. For a reasonable price, you too can spend your weekend in the water, mowing down pirates!

Oh, yeah, and Texas could use the extra money right about now, too, so why not?

.50cal? I'm thinking that right now someone is mounting rows of black powder cannon to the sides of his pontoon boat.

"Let's hunt some Orc!"

As I saw posted by someone else - " is it can season already? " sounds like it may be. . . . hey, they are asking for it.
