This Week's Sign That The Apocalypse Is Upon Us

If guns are BAD, then talking about them must be bad, too. That's the elegant, nuanced thinking you can expect from Professor Paula Anderson of Central Connecticut State University.

Last October, students in her communications class were given the assignment of making a presentation on a 'relevant issue in the media.'

If Fox News can be believed, senior John Wahlberg and 2 of his buddies argued that had students and professors at Virginia Tech been allowed to carry their firearms, the death toll would have been lower.

Professor Anderson's response to this presentation, which probably included the incendiary notion that people already licensed to carry all over the State of Virgina shouldn't have been disarmed by the university, was to report John to the police. Naturally, they called him in for an interrogation.

That's a doubleplusgood answer to gunlove thoughtcrime, Professor Anderson.

Read the story: it will annoy you.
