Tonight's Workout

For the masochists among you:

Warm up with easy 500 meters on rowing machine

Repeat 3x
20 Deadlifts @135lbs
15 KB swings @35lb
10 Hanging cleans @95lb barbell
5 Front Squats @
2-3 mins rest 



Then:
Chin Up Ladder 1-6
Hanging Knee Ups 3x10
