I stole this from Crossfit.com and modified it slightly.
The Crossfit version has the oddly poetic title Fight Gone Bad.
Repeat this circuit 3 times:
Kettlebell swings @ 1 35lb KB for 1 minute +
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 75 lb barbell for 1 minute +
Box Jumps @ 20-inch box for 1 minute +
Push Press @ 75 lb barbell for 1 minute +
Row on C2 Erg for one minute +
Rest for 1 blissfull minute of bliss.
The original Crossfit version of this workout has a minute of medicine ball throws instead of KB swings, but I don't have a medicine ball.
