And so I should know better than to make predictions when I have almost no actual knowlege. But this is my (shared) blog and if I want to Hang My Shit Out In The Wind, then I will, by Zoroaster.
Therefore, I do hereby foolishly predict a Scott Brown win with 54% of the vote.
I do also hereby predict that the Obama and Clinton visits to Massachusetts will backfire and make voters in the 'bay state feel like they are being pushed around..
There. I have spoken.

I stand with my blog partner and friend Meataxe. Brown wins. I then predict Minnesota-level shenanigans trying to keep him out of office, and possibly succeeding. I tell ya, folks, until you've experienced having your vote stolen, ya don't get it.

I predicted a Palin/McCain win in November, so I'm keeping my stupid mouth shut tight for this one...
Well, I didn't predict a Palin/McCain win. Obamaich just promised too many good things while generally saying nothing substantial. I had too little faith in the common American voter to think McCain would win over Obama. Especially with the traditional news and entertainment industry behind him.
I do suspect we'll be treated to another Gingrich style sweep of the House, but hopefully John Boehner won't back away from such things as election reforms like Newt did.
I overestimated American voters (and underestimated political corruption) when I said that McCain/Palin would have a clear - not landslide, but clear - victory. My bad.
This Senate race, though...well...we're a different country now. Dissent is not patriotic anymore. Corruption is caught on video (Black Panthers) but ignored. The politicians have blatantly stated that they have a plan to stall Brown's confirmation should he win.
It looks to me like the Americans are awake for this one, unlike the Presidential election. Let's just see what happens.
Right now, the race is Coakley's to steal...
