Your Father, Who Art Not Invol -- Holy Crap That's a Lot of Democrats in Office!

I'm a little concerned about the Conservative infighting that seems to be getting some attention lately. The social conservatives are feeling left out by the fiscal conservatives, and the fiscal conservatives seem to feel it's okay to push the social conservatives around.

I see that as a Really Bad Idea.

I myself am pretty much Captain Atheist, but neither religion nor religious people scare me. As far as their core issues, I can see their point on abortion, and Creationism/Intelligent Design may be a silly idea to me but they're free to believe it. Treating ID as science does get my back up, but that's a pretty easy issue to shoot down so I'm no more than slightly amused by that too.

Capitalism, now that's something I worship. Liberty too. All that kooky Constitutional stuff. So it seems to me that since the last couple of elections showed that refusing to elect a Sneetch simply because he doesn't have the same or any kind of star on his belly as you do gets us a whole bunch fewer Sneetches in office.

Besides, the next four years (even the next two years) need to be about the Democrats fragmenting and eating their own young, not the Republicans. The GOP may not be perfect, but it's a heckuva lot Sneetchier than the Democratic Socialists.
