I used to work for Worldcom. When my bosses' bosses' boss got clipped for fraud and the company tanked and I got laid off, independent of the fact that our account raked in about a billion dollars a year just by its lonesome, did we expect or get taxpayers' money to address our woes?

Nope. We got Chapter 11, and I got a new job. Why should any of the snazzy go-cart moguls get anything more or less?

You fail, you lose. At least that's the way I think it's supposed to work.
